Oh how well I felt relating to the topic of the money. It's as if while knowing that one nearly cannot sustain themselves in this world without money (at least in the modern society living in a city), for a long time I have been positioning my mind as if I do not wish to deal with money, like I don't wish to participate in this economic system which is unfair, often cruel, creating greed, disparities and allows some people abuse it while pushing others into miserable living. Now, to think of it, and to touch upon what I've shared with you before meeting you last weekend, I wonder whether my struggles to find work are tied to this topic. For example, I get very uncomfortable feeling when filling in an application question asking what are my salary expectations... I must admit that sometimes I get angry and sad when someone mentions how well they 'navigate markets', 'good with investment schemes' or 'stock exchanges', 'banking', etc., how they can just manipulate the system to become wealthy whilst not really creating any value in the world... I would never wished to become like them, so could it be that on some less-conscious level I've been trying to 'stay away' from participating in this system... All I would wish for is to be valuable to the humanity, to the Nature and common well-being but to avoid the stress, the struggle and the never-ending collision with the unjust system which is embracing almost every sphere of our existence... But you are right. I cannot really escape this world and its systems, so I must adapt better, and navigate it while strongly adhering to own values. Thank you, Minna, for sharing.
